Advertising response. Coordinated toll free services that ring to your call center agents, high volume immediate response calls generated by your television ads or other consumer-response sources.

Switch platforms

Our SIP based switch operating system has evolved over the years to keep it at the leading edge of telecom technological development -- and is available to you on a partition basis or on a dedicated application.

IT features

Call processing – IT can manage call channels at call-per-second speeds that are limited only by the number of processors chained together. A configuration might contain 50,000 channels running at 3,000 CPS.

Routing – This platform can route to a virtually unlimited number of interconnected carriers.

LCR – It can choose the best route of all of your interconnected carriers, routing by price / destination, and a host of filters.

LRN or dialed number – Choose either, by customer or by vendor, or by each. LRN can be housed on-site, or dipped from an off-site data base.
Billing - It’s billing is real-time CDR based.

Reporting - Reporting is real-time, and can be tailored from hundreds of options.
